neuralapps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in effect. A waiver of any breach does not waive any other breach.
